The magnificent theater, the temple of Serapis, and the Faustina baths are important monuments to be visited. Didyma was a cult center for the city of Miletos. The temple of Apollo with columns of 2.40 m. in diameter and 19.70 m. in height is fascinating. Priene was carried to its present locality in the year 350 B.C.
